Vinification and Aging: Manual and selective harvest., further selection of the sperated grapes in the winery. Fermentation in french barriques of 225 liters. Aging in the same barriques for 18 months and refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Annual Production: 4000 Bottles
Color: Intense Ruby Red
Bouquet: Red fruits like cherry, spices that develop during the evolution in the bottle a tone of licorice and tobacco.
Flavor: Trembling and juicy tannins with intensive and persistent taste. Never excessive in its expression, but always balanced, complex and elegant.
Ideal Temperature: 18-20˚C
